LTD: Employer pays 100% of premiums for coverage of 60% of employee's monthly earn- ings, maximum $3,000, or 85% of pre-disability pay, whichever is less. Coverage includes 2-year own-occupation coverage. AD&D: Employer pays 100% of premiums for coverage of 50% of annual earnings, maximum $40,000. Life insurance: Employer pays 100% of premiums for coverage of 50% of annual earnings, max- imum $40,000. Pension: Employees will be eli- gible to participate in registered retirement saving plan. Bereavement leave: 5 days for death of wife, husband, moth- er, father, children, stepfather, stepmother, stepchildren, brother, sister. 3 days for death of grandparents, grandchildren, stepsister, stepbrother. 1 day for death of brother-in-law, sister- in-law, mother-in-law, father- in-law, grandparents-in-law.
