Bereavement leave: 3 days for death of spouse, common-law spouse, fiancé, legal guard- ian, child, stepchild, parent, spouse's parent, stepparent, brother, sister, stepbrother, stepsister, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandfather, grandmother, grandchild, in- dividual for whom employee has legal guardianship respon- sibilities. Additional 2 days for travel more than 300 kilometres 1-way.
