Overtime: Time and one-half for all worked on sixth day; double time for all work on sev- enth day. Time and one-half for all work on second day off. Meal allowance: $16 if employ- ee works unscheduled overtime (and employee is not notified in advance of regular shift) and if employee works more than 2 hours of overtime. Medical benefits: Employer pays $287.12 per month, em- ployee pays $25 per month for Prairie Teamsters Health and Welfare Plan, that will be pro- vided to employees who have attained level 3 CATSA (Can- adian Air Transport Security Authority) certification and have completed 3 years of service. Employer will be responsible for maximum $5 increase per em- ployee per month, per year, every Jan. 1, for term of agreement. Sick leave: 8 days per year for employees who have attained level 3 CATSA certification. Un- used days will be paid out each year providing employee main- tains minimum 6 days in bank. All days accumulated in excess of 16 days will be paid out to em- ployees on Dec. 15 of each year. Pension: Employer will con- tribute $1.15 per hour (previ- ously $1.50 per hour) for each hour worked for all employ- ees who have attained level 3 CATSA certification to Prairie Teamsters Pension Plan. Effect- ive March 19, 2020: $1.20 per hour. Effective March 19, 2021: $1.25 per hour. Bereavement leave: 5 days for death in immediate family (mother, father, stepmother, stepfather, spouse, common-law spouse, children, sister, brother, mother-in-law, father-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandchildren, grandparents). Additional 5 days unpaid leave of absence will be given upon request. 1 day off without pay for employee to attend funeral after death of aunt, uncle or if employee has been asked to be pallbearer. Call-in pay: Minimum of 4 hours' pay at applicable over- time rate. Probationary period: 90 cal- endar days. Discipline: Sunset clause is 12 months, plus additional 6 months if employee receives discipline of similar nature for total of 18 months maximum. Safety shoes: Employee will be given $65 on Jan. 1 of each year when employee declines foot- wear provided by employer. Uniforms/clothing: All uniforms, when supplied by employer, will be without cost to employee. Employer will provide $16 (previously $14) cleaning allowance for every 4 weeks of work. For those employees hired after Jan. 23, 2016, cost of employee parking and transportation allowance will be shared 50/50 by employee and employer). Out-of-town work: $75 per day per diem will be paid. Airfare, hotel expenses will be arranged and paid by employer.
