Overtime: Time and one-half for all work on sixth day; double time for all work on seventh day. Time and one-half for work on first day off; double time for all work on second day off. Minimum 4 hours of pay at ap- plicable overtime rate for em- ployee called in after working day completed or for employee called in on days off. Meal allowance: $16 after 2 hours of work if employee works unscheduled overtime and is not notified before beginning regular shift. Medical benefits: Employer will contribute $224.30 per month, employee will contrib- ute $25 per month (without STD, LTD); employer will con- tribute $287.12 per month, em- ployee will contribute $25 per month (including STD, LTD) into Prairie Teamsters Health and Welfare Plan. Sick leave: 7 days per year (pre- viously 6 days per year) for full- time employees who have at- tained level 3 CATSA (Canadian Air Transport Security Author- ity) certification and completed 2,080 hours of service. Pension: Employer will contrib- ute $1.20 per hour (previously $1.15 per hour) for each hour worked for all employees who have attained level 3 CATSA certification to Prairie Team- sters Pension Plan. Effective March 19, 2021: $1.25 per hour. Bereavement leave: 5 days for death in immediate family (mother, father, stepmother, stepfather, spouse, common-law spouse, children, sister, brother, mother-in-law, father-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandchildren, grandparents). 1 day, without pay, for death of aunt, uncle, or if employee has been asked to be pallbearer. Seniority – recall rights: 180 days for employee promoted to position outside bargaining unit Probationary period: 90 calen- dar days. Discipline: Sunset clause is 12 months for all discipline; if employee has had additional discipline imposed, 6 additional months may be added. Safety shoes: Employer will provide footwear as part of uni- form, but if employee declines footwear provided, employee will be given $65 on Jan. 1 of each year to be used towards purchase of footwear (footwear must meet employer's ap- proval). Uniforms/clothing: All uniforms, when supplied by employer, will be without cost to employee. Adequate winter wear will be provided by em- ployer. $16 (previously $14) cleaning allowance will be pro- vided by employer for every 4 weeks of work. Mileage: $0.48 per kilometre (non-taxable) when employee uses own vehicle as transporta- tion.
