COLLECTIVE AGREEMENTS COLLECTIVE AGREEMENTS construction crew supervisor (ICCS) designated. Paid holidays: 11 days. Overtime: Time and one-half for all work performed after regular shift in any 1 day until break of 8 hours occurs. Time and one-half for first 8 hours worked on Saturday; double time thereafter. Double time for all work on Sunday. Meal allowance: Employer will be required — following 10th hour — to provide 1 meal at no cost to employee when employee works extended daily hours longer than 11 hours. Additional meal every 4 hours. Should employee not be provided with meals, employee will receive $50 (previously $30) in lieu of meal and time to consume meal. Medical benefits: Employer will contribute $2.05 per hour to Ironworkers Health and Welfare Trust Fund of Western Canada. Pension: Employer will contribute $6.03 per hour to Alberta Ironworkers Pension Trust Fund. Employer will make payments to Ironworkers supplementary pension trust fund: $1 per hour for each hour worked ($2 per hour for industrial work only); $2 per hour for each hour worked at time and one-half; $2 per hour for each hour worked at double time. Safety shoes: Safety boots will be-CSA approved, grade 1 (green triangle), in good condition, and at least 6 inches high from sole of boot. Uniforms/clothing: Employer will supply (when required): safety helmets, sweat bands, liners and ear protection. For employees performing welding opera- tions: welding mitts and liners, welding gloves, welding helmets, welding and burning goggles, non- prescription safety glasses, protective leather sleeves for welders when required; gloves for journeyperson and apprentices when working with welders, all under payroll deduction and refund basis. $0.15 per hour worked will be provided to workers who are not being provided with work gloves to purchase work gloves. Contractors will make gloves available for purchase by workers at same price as contractor's cost. Mileage: $0.52 per kilometre traveled for projects beyond 45 kilometre free zone. Remote sites: $88 each way for up to 200 kilometres away; $124 each way for 200 to 300 kilometres away; $150 each way for 300 to 375 kilo- metres away; $224 each way or actual airfare for more than 375 to 475 kilometres away; $344 each way or air fare inclusive of taxes if this is most practical method of accessing project/jobsite for more than 475 kilometres away. Rotational leave (turnarounds): On jobs located beyond 300-kilometre radius to maximum 475-kilometre radius from Edmonton or Calgary or other hiring hall location: $174 for 35 calendar days of employment and thereafter for each subsequent 35 calendar days of employment (5 days leave after each 35 calendar days of employment). On jobs located beyond 475-kilo- metre radius: $312 for 35 calendar days of employment and thereafter for each subsequent 35 calendar days of employ- ment (5 days leave after each 35 calendar days of employment). Accommodation, room and board: When employee is dispatched to out-of-town job, employer will provide for each day worked: camp accommodation or suitable board and room or reimbursement by way of subsistence allowance of $110 per day. Clothing/tools insurance: Employer will replace employee's tools, clothing while on company property or in company change houses, when lost or damaged by fire, or theft by forcible entry, maximum $350 per employee. PUBLIC AGENCY Canadian Food Inspection Agency Ottawa (1,447 food inspection workers) and the Public Service Alliance of Canada (PSAC) Renewal agreement: Effective Jan. 1, 2019 to Dec. 31, 2021. For each calendar month with 80 paid hours: 10 hours to start, 13.33 hours after 8 years, 14.57 hours after 16 years, 15.33 hours after 17 years, 16.67 hours after 18 years, 18 hours after 27 years, 20 hours after 28 hours. All service within public service — whether continuous or discon- tinuous, including any former service in Canadian Forces, for continuous period of 6 months or more — will count towards vacation leave. 1 personal day per year. Overtime: Time and one-half in 15-minute periods for hours worked in excess of regular hours in 1 day or week; double time for each hour worked in excess of 15 hours' worked in any 24-hour period or after 7.5 hours on employee's first day of rest and all hours on second day of rest. For GL and GS clas- sifications, double time after 16 hours worked in any 24-hour period or after 7.5 hours on first day of rest and all hours on second day of rest.
