Paid holidays: 11 days plus 1 floating holiday. Vacations with pay: 1 days per month, maximum 10 days, to start, 2 weeks after 2 years, 3 weeks after 5 years, 4 weeks after 9 years, 5 weeks after 15 years, 6 weeks after 22 years. Overtime: Time and one-half for work after 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week; double time after 11 hours per day or 44 hours per week.
