Big Data Research (In partnership with Collabogence) HRPA keeps its members and the profession at the forefront of HR thinking through surveys and proprietary research. Using data from ten organizations, the project will employ big data analytics to measure and score organizational, team and individual performance, allowing organizations to develop initiatives to improve their effectiveness over time. What's the pay-off for business and what's the HR benefit?
