Vacations with pay: 3 weeks to start (pro-rated in the first year), 4 weeks after 8 years, 5 weeks after 15 years, 6 weeks after 20 years. 1 additional personal day awarded for each 5 consecutive days of vacation an employee takes between Nov. 1 and Nov. 30, and Jan. 1 to May 31. Up to 3 personal days may be carried over. overtime: Time and one-half for all hours worked in excess of 75 in two weeks. Time off may be taken in lieu of monetary compensation. Meal allowance: Up to $8.50 when an employee is required to work at least 2 hours beyond regular shift. $4 if employee does not provide a receipt. Medical benefits: Health and wellness program: $200 every 2 years per employee. Sick leave: 1.25 days earned per month. Pension: 2% to 6% contributed by employee, to be matched by employer. Employees must participate after 1 year of ser- vice. Employees with 15 years of service may elect to contribute up to 7% to be matched. Mileage: 42.03¢ per kilometre, minimum $5 per day when employee is required to use personal vehicle for company business.
