Paid holidays: 11 days. Vacations with pay: 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 5 years, 4 weeks after 11 years, 5 weeks after 18 years. Overtime: Employees who feel they have been working an excessive amount of overtime will have the option to submit a written request to review such hours worked. Bereavement leave: 5 days each for leave necessitated by the critical illness or death of a spouse, child, parent, grand- parent, grandchild, brother, sister, brother-in-law, sister- in-law, nephew or niece of the employee or the employee's spouse. 1 day each for the critical illness or death of an aunt or uncle of employee or employee's spouse. Up to 2 additional days for travel. Call-in pay: Minimum 4 hours' pay. Probationary period: 65 days.
