Shift premium: $2 per hour for all hours worked between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. $1 per hour for lead hand during night stock- ing. $1 per hour for clerk-in- charge. $1 per hour for all work on a Sunday. $1.75 per hour for working as variety operator relief. $1.50 per hour for work- ing as floral relief. $2 per hour for all hours worked by bakery production employees between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. Paid holidays: 11 days. Vacations with pay: For em- ployees hired prior to May 1, 2015: 2 weeks or 4% after 1 year, 3 weeks or 6% after 3 years, 4 weeks or 8% after 8 years, 5 weeks or 10% after 13 years, 6 weeks or 12% after 18 years, 7 weeks or 14% after 23 years. For employees hired after May 1, 2015: 2 weeks or 4% after 1 year, 3 weeks or 6% after 2 years, 4 weeks or 8% after 8 years, 5 weeks or 10% after 14 years, 6 weeks or 12% after 25 years. Overtime: Time and one-half for work after 40 hours per week. Double time for work after 10 hours (11 hours for 9 hour shifts). Double time for all work on a holiday. Medical benefits: Alberta Health Care and Extended Health Care Plan. Dental: United Food & Com- mercial Workers' Dental Care Plan. Employer contributes $0.43 per hour to plan. Sick leave: 4 hours for each month worked. Life insurance: Group Life In- surance Plan. Pension: Co-operative Su- perannuation Society Pension Plan. Employer and employee each contribute 5% to plan.
