Paid holidays: 12 days. Vacations with pay: 0.19 of a day per week to start, 3 weeks after 2 years, 4 weeks after 6 years, 5 weeks after 14 years, 6 weeks after 21 years, 7 weeks af- ter 34 years. Employees receiv- ing remoteness allowance will receive 2 extra vacation days with road access, 1 week if no road access is available. Overtime: Double time for all extra hours worked.
