Vacations with pay: 2 weeks or 4% after 1 year, 3 weeks or 6% after 3 years, 5 weeks or 10% after 11 years, 6 weeks or 12% after 15 years. Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after 9 hours per day or 45 hours per week. Medical benefits: Prairie Teamsters Health and Welfare Plan and Teamsters Local 213 Health and Welfare Plan. Bereavement leave: 3 days for death in immediate family (spouse, mother, father, sons, daughters, sisters, brothers, mother-in-law, father-in-law, grandfather, grandmother, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, stepfather, stepmother). 4 ad- ditional days if funeral occurs outside 700-kilometre radius of employee's normal work location. 3 days without pay for death of family member not covered above. Safety shoes: $80 for CSA- approved safety boots after 12 months of employment. $80 every subsequent 24 months. Uniforms/clothing: Employ- ees must purchase uniforms via maximum $25-per-pay-period deduction. $405 (previously $385) for full-time tactical: 4 shirts, 2 pairs of pants, 1 tie, 1 hat, 1 sweater or bomber jacket.
