Ratified on Jan. 22, 2018. Signed on March 23, 2018. Shift premium: Maintenance staff working regular shift (not overtime) on Saturday or Sunday will receive additional 1 hour's pay for each Saturday or Sunday worked. Hydro OMT's working regular shift (not overtime) on Saturday or Sunday will receive additional 1 hour's pay for each Saturday or Sunday worked. $2.79 per hour (previously $2.75 per hour) for employees scheduled to work evening and night shifts. Effect- ive Jan. 1, 2019: $2.84 per hour. Paid holidays: 12 days. Vacations with pay: Plan 1: 120 hours to start, 160 hours after 3 years.
