Vacations with pay: 2 weeks or 4% after 1 year, 3 weeks or 6% after 5 years, 4 weeks or 8% after 11 years, 5 weeks or 10% after 20 years. Overtime: Time and one-half for all work after 8 or 10 hours per day and 40 hours per 7 con- secutive days (for part-time, seasonal and casual employees). Time and one-half for all work on employee's day off. May be banked. Medical benefits: Employer pays 85% of premiums, employ- ee pays 15% of premiums for extended health plan. $25 for individual, $50 for family, deductible per year. Employer pays 100% of premiums for Al- berta Health Plan. Dental: Employer pays 85% of premiums, employee pays 15% of premiums. $25 for individual, $50 for family, deductible per year. 50% for orthodontic, re- storative treatments. Maximum $2,500 in benefits per year for each person covered under plan. Vision: $300 every 2 years (previously $200 every 2 years) for prescription glasses for em- ployees and spouse; $250 every 2 years (previously $150 every 2 years) for prescription glasses for employee's children. Weekly indemnity: Employer pays 100% of premiums for coverage of 66 2/3% of regular weekly earnings or maximum insurable earnings under Em- ployment Insurance. Sick leave: 4 hours per month in first year of employment; 6 hours per month in second year of employment; 8 hours per month after 2 years of em- ployment, maximum 64 hours per year.
