Paid holidays: 12 days. Vacations with pay: Pro- rated from date of hire or 5% to start, 15 days or 7% after 1 year, 20 days or 9% after 4 years, 25 days or 11% after 11 years, 30 days or 13% after 18 years, 35 days or 15% after 25 years. 1 additional day for each additional year +0.4% for each additional day after 26th year onward. Overtime: Time and one-half for all worked before or after shift which exceeds regular daily or weekly hours and for first 4 hours worked on employee's first day of rest. Double time after 3 hours of overtime and on statu- tory holidays; for all work on second day or rest or for all work after 4 hours of first day of rest. May be banked and taken as time off but must be taken by June 30 of following year or time will be paid out. Employee may accumulate earned annual vacations greater than 2 weeks. Meal allowance: $17 (plus one-half hour of paid time to eat meal) for working 2 hours or more as continuation of Room and board: $60 per day when employees stay overnight at remote job location.
