Wage adjustments: Effective Sept. 1, 2020: 2% Effective Sept. 1, 2021: 2% Shift premium: Time and one-half for all hours worked within 12 hours if employee receives less than 24 hours' notice when employer changes work schedules. $0.40 per hour for employees who have shifts commencing between 7 p.m. and 3 a.m. Paid holidays: 9 days. Vacations with pay: 2 weeks or 4% after 1 year, 3 weeks or 6% after 5 years, 4 weeks or 8% after 10 years. Overtime: Time and one-half for all hours worked in excess of scheduled hours of work. Uniforms/clothing: Employer will supply 3 shirts, 2 pairs of pants, 2 blazers, 2 scarfs or ties per year, after proba- tionary period ends (one-half allocation will be provide for probationary employees). Employer will replaced any items damaged due to reason- able wear and tear within 1 year of issue. Clean, maintained common rain gear and ear protection will be available for employees assigned to work outside. Failure to report to work in full company uniform will result in disciplinary action.
