If employee cannot attend funeral of any of above, 2 paid days for death of spouse, sibling, parent, child and 1 paid day for any of others. Seniority – recall rights: 9 months. Call-in pay: Minimum 4 hours' pay. Not applicable to scheduled split shift. Probationary period: 680 hours (75 days for full-time em- ployee). Discipline: Sunset clause is 14 months for reprimands and warnings and 18 months for suspension, except those relat- ing to serious matters such as sexual harassment and other human rights violations. Safety shoes: $200 per year for steel-toed safety shoes for any employee in maintenance department, receiving depart- ment, bell desk. Uniforms/clothing: Employer will pay 85% of cost for listed uniform items every 12 months, with employee's portion not exceeding $75 per year. Front desk/AYS/night audit: 2 blous- es, 2 skirts or pants, 2 jackets, 2 men's shirts, 1 tie. Bell person/ valet: 2 jackets, 2 pants, 2 shirts, 1 tie. Housekeeping: 2 tunics, 2 pants. Laundry: 2 scrubs tops, 2 scrubs pants. Engineering: 2 shirts, 2 pants. Banquet serv- ers: 2 banquet jackets. Banquet porters: 2 shirts. Great room: 2 shirts. Receiving: 2 shirts.
